What are The Healing Codes?

The Healing Codes are a powerful healing* mode discovered in 2001 by Dr. Alex Loyd after a 12-year search for relief for his wife's clinical depression.

Not only did The Healing Codes heal his wife's depression in a matter of days ... as Alex Loyd used it with his other clients (he was working as a therapist), they began to report healing from MS, Lou Gehrig's, cancer, diabetes, and other illnesses.

Alex Loyd spent the next year and a half researching what made this new healing mode work. Through Heart Rate Variability tests, Dr. Loyd verified that The Healing Codes remove stress in the autonomic nervous system. When such physiological stress is removed, the neuro-immune system does its work of healing the body.

His discovery is outlined in his book, The Healing Code, for which I was the editor and publishing coach. Alex Loyd has since trained dozens of Healing Codes Coaches around the world to work with clients to develop individualized custom Healing Codes that target specific "issues of the heart," which are overlooked by most healing approaches. A growing body of research indicates that these "heart matters" may well be the true source of all health, relationship, and success/performance issues.

Coaching for Quicker Results

The Healing Code in The Healing Code book is the "universal Healing Code" that works for most people for most issues. Many people report  remarkable results from just using that Healing Code, which is based on 10 years of testing by Alex Loyd to determine that this Healing Code works for most people and most issues.

Through my deep listening and attunement skills, honed for this particular work since 2010, I help you pinpoint the memories, images and beliefs that truly are at the source of what’s bothering you, whether it’s a health, relationship or success issue. Often there are hidden or even generational memories that greatly inhibit healing until they are found and healed.

Through my listening and energy testing, I find the deepest issue your heart is ready to heal at this time. I say this because we heal in layers, and the heart knows what it's ready to heal, and in what order. Your own heart communicates this to me energetically, and I have been trained to "read" it and also to test for those hidden memories.

Something special about The Healing Codes: You can do them for other people as well as yourself--as long as you do it out of love, and not to manipulate the other person into becoming who you want them to be, rather than who they are meant to be. 

Doing Healing Codes for another person is one of the most under-advertised advantages of this modality.

The Best Way to Heal

Though for years I worked mostly one on one with people, I also ran a "Healing Hearts Circle" at the same time.

It is a group coaching program in which I connect with each person in the "circle," and develop a group Coach-Guided custom Healing Code for them to continue to do for the next 2-3 weeks.

I became convinced that the group coaching codes are more powerful, for several reasons:

• the synergy of the group produced a more powerful effect than 1:1. We connect energetically with one another, in only a positive way (I have safeguards to ensure that), so that the energy of the group is greater than the sum of the individuals. This is called morphic resonance. 
• when one person does his/her code, everyone benefits, because of that energetic connection. So you will receive much more healing energy than if you did it on your own. 
• In a group, when one person is coached, or shares an insight, the other participants benefit as well. And the person who shares is witnessed by the others, which in itself is healing. 
• Though the format is group, there is plenty of personalized interaction with me and others (who so wish) during the calls. You get to email me your issue ahead of time, so we make sure your particular issue is pinpointed. On the call, you may ask questions and get some coaching, and I test for hidden memories and even have a way to personalize the group code for you!

Healing Hearts Circle: Affordable, Coach-Guided Group Codes for the Whole Month! 

A Healing Hearts Circle is a meeting via phone/web call in which you experience the power of a Coach-guided, group custom Healing Code to address your issues, together with others who also want to heal.

On this call I guide you every step of the way.

You will never have to share any personal details that you don’t want to–not even your last name. However, if you attend the live calls, you are welcome to share more if you like. Members who do attend live and share find the validation from others, and the additional coaching from me, very valuabe.

Whether you attend live or just access the recording later, you will email me your issue ahead of time. On the call I will go around and ask each person to rate the strength of the issue (1-10 rating). I also test for hidden memories and suggest the Healing Codes II postion to focus on during the Prayer of Intention.

I will get a group Healing Code that addresses all the issues together, and  lead us through actually doing the Code together, from the prayer through the meditation, including the appropriate Healing Code Music in the background.

What I do during this session is attune to each person’s issue, and to God, and in the meditation I let God guide me as to the images, words, or silence that flow through me to you to connect you more closely with your divine design.

I record the whole coach-guided part, so you will later be able to sit back and continue to be guided every time you do this Healing Code. Plus, the synergy of us doing the Healing Code together amplifies your healing.

Then, I will give you ANOTHER custom Healing Code which you can use for your issue until we meet again.

As mentioned, the collective power of doing the codes together increases the effectiveness of the Healing Code exponentially.

Please note the we must limit each call's membership to 12-15 people. Otherwise, there won't be much time to do the Code, which is what you're there for. So, it is a first-come, first-served basis.

The Code that you will get will be powerful for your issues throughout the week as well. These custom group codes usually lasts 14-21 days.

Coaching for Highly Sensitive People (HSPs)

It fascinates me that 90%+ of my clients over the years have this trait called Sensory Processing Sensitivity, or simply, High Sensitivity. Only 20-30% of the population possesses this inborn trait, yet the vast majority of my clients have this more finely-tuned nervous system.

Why?

I think there are a number of reasons.

1. The traits of High Sensitivity (depth of processing, easily overstimulated, empathy and emotional responsiveness, and sensitive to subtle stimuli) tend to lead to self-awareness and a desire to heal. 
2. HSPs may have more to heal than others. When you're part of a world that is geared toward people who do not share this trait, you may experience more "heart issues," such as feeling you don't fit in, like there's something wrong with you (many HSPs grew up hearing, "you're too sensitive," and internalizing this as a flaw), that you're not good enough, that your needs aren't important, etc. 
3. Part of the trait is called differential susceptibility, which means that the bad things impact you more--but also, so do the good things! HSPs raised in a supportive environment tend to excel above less-sensitive people. The converse is also true: HSPs who grew up in a non-supportive, abusive, or neglectful environment tended to show more mental and physical problems later in life. 
4. The Healing Codes, because of the gentle, meditative aspect of the modality, tend to attract HSPs. Also, HSPs heal very well with this particular modality (that's where differential susceptibility is an asset!).

The Immanuel Connection:

Personally Experience God's Presence

I am super excited to bring something I've been doing since 2012 with individuals--Immanuel Prayer--to a group format, which I'm calling the Immanuel Connection.

The Immanuel Connection is about experiencing "God with us" (that’s what “Immanuel” means).

It’s a way of opening our hearts to God and discovering His thoughts and feelings about us and our situation, whether we are feeling joyful or we’re in pain.

The goal is to experience attunement from God and to build connection and secure attachment with Him. In the process, God may heal us of wounds or give us new ways of thinking, feeling, and acting.

Scripture talks about God being with us all the time:

• “The LORD your God is with you. He will never leave you nor forsake you.”  This promise is repeated something like 14 times throughout the Bible!
• The Lord also says to us, “My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts. My ways are far beyond anything you can imagine.”

When He brings his thoughts into a situation, they’re going to be good, helpful, valuable thoughts. And when we reach out to Him, He is always there. When we tune in and we learn how to pay attention, He is always available.

The Immanuel Connection is a way to learn how to pay attention to what God is thinking and feeling in any situation. It is a crucial part of being Aligned with Your Divine Design.^TM

Here’s an overview:  

1. We start with a group custom Healing Code to remove any blocks that would keep us from experiencing the presence of Immanuel. (I’m the only one in the world who does this.) I will lead this custom code and prayer. It will be brief. You may use this same Code to clear blocks to connection with him throughout the month. It won’t be for a specific issue, just to clear what may be blocking your connection to Immanuel at any given time. You can use the Code in the usual way or with the Energy Flow Activation which is part of the Align with Your Divine Design program.  

2. We open our hearts, acknowledging that God is already here, and saying, “Lord, I want to be aware of You; help me be aware of your presence here with me now.”  

3. Then we find a connection. We can go through our own memories to find a time for which we are grateful, an appreciation memory, or a time in the past when we remember God being present with us. Or we can ask God to bring one to mind. Any of these will work.

Note: for the purposes of this, a memory that is “mixed,” in that you perceived Jesus with you in some trauma, is not the best to connect with now. There may be “splinters” or unhealed parts of that memory, and we don’t want anyone to be re-traumatized. Focus on something that is purely positive, whether you felt a direct connection with God or just feel appreciation for something that you experienced.

4. We re-experience the memory all over again, as if it’s happening now. Reconstruct what you saw, heard, felt in that memory until it it feels like it’s happening now.

4. If we’re not aware of God in that particular memory, we can say, “Lord are you here?” And then we notice any way in which we become aware of his presence. It may be there is a visual image of God – Jesus, the Father, the Holy Spirit. Or it may be a sense of his presence, or what He would say pops into our awareness. He speaks in a lot of different ways. It could be a song or Scripture verse pops up, or a thought, or maybe a feeling, like a sense of contentment or of peace. All of those are ways that He speaks to us.

5. Then we start interacting. We share with Him what we’re noticing, whatever pops into our awareness. We say, “Lord, what do you have for me here?” And just see what pops up, trusting that when we ask God, He answers.

6. We want to stay connected. I’m going to guide you through this whole experience, but if at any point as I’m guiding you to remember a time of connection and to start talking to the Lord about it – if you lose a sense of connection, stop right there, don’t go any farther, go back and see if you can remember that connection that you started with, either the appreciation or the time when you were interacting with God. Take some time to feel connected again before you go on.

7. We express gratitude to God. This is a time to express our appreciation to God, appreciation for what He’s given.
   

8. We ask God to show us what lie we believe, and what the truth is. If you are able to stay in a state of connection and openness, I will invite Jesus to show you what lie you are believing. I will guide you as to what kind of lie (lie about God, lie about yourself, your past, etc.--as I am led). Then we will ask Jesus to show you what is the truth that he wants you to believe about that.
   

9. I will give you time to write down what God just showed you, or whatever you might want to capture from the experience.
   

10. Lastly, sharing our stories is a big deal. If we experience something with God and don’t share it with others, it never makes its way from the depths of our right brain experience all the way over into our left brain, where we process things logically and verbally. Or it’s much harder for that to happen. When you share stories, you’re more likely to remember them; they become part of your personal sense of who you are and what your life has been like.
    
    So I encourage you to share – if you have an experience with God today or any other time you experience God with you. When you share that story with other people, it sinks more deeply into your own life; it becomes more of your sense of identity, and you look forward with the sense that God is going to be with you in the future. Plus you’re sharing a story with other people and they get to experience something of who God is.

Sharing time can be as impactful as being with Jesus was for you personally. We meet Jesus in a new way in each other’s stories, as well as our own.

At the end of the call, I will go around once again for those who are present, and if you are open to sharing the lie and the truth Jesus revealed, I can give you a custom Healing Code for that. This will only be possible for those on the live call. 

If you can’t attend that call but listen to the recording, and you are part of the Healing Hearts Plus program so that you attend the Healing Hearts Circle, you can tell me what the lie/truth is in your email before the next Healing Hearts Circle, and that will be incorporated into the group Coach-Guided Code.

If your issue is especially urgent or strong, or if you're new to The Healing Codes, we can do a Coach-Guided Healing Code together, right over the phone.

I will guide you in this "on the spot" code, from the prayer through the "love picture" (if you wish), even including the appropriate Healing Code Music in the background.

What I do during this session is attune to you and your issue, and to God, and in the meditation I let God guide me as to the images, words, or silence that will speak to your heart.

I record the whole coach-guided part, so you will later be able to sit back and continue to be guided every time you do this Healing Code. Plus, the synergy of us doing the Healing Code together amplifies your healing.

In addition, l'll give you another "code to go" that you can do at home on your own. (That's why this session is more expensive; you are essentially getting two codes to address your specific issue.) You will always be able to do the "Code-to-Go" along with, or instead of, the recorded call.

A Coach-Guided Code is especially good if:

• You feel stuck, even after doing The Healing Code for some time.  
• Your issue feels especially raw or urgent.  
• You're just starting out and not sure how to do a Healing Code. 
• You want to get the hang of what to focus on while doing a Healing Code. 
• You would rather just "plug and play" as you do your custom Healing Code.  
• You want to experience my leading the meditation. This is optional, but a favorite for many. I tune in to what God's Spirit has for you, and what comes forth are personalized words and/or images that flow through me to you to connect you more closely with your divine design. (Few people even do this. I was on a call once with a group, and each person got maybe a 3-minute message, and we paid $100 each. With me you will get a very personalized message, with a custom Healing Code, for 10-20 minutes.) 

Remember, you will not only get the on-the-spot custom Healing Code for your issue, but also a "Code to go" to do on your own, either for the issue we did the Coach-Guided Code for, or sometimes another, related issue. That will be determined in our session.
