Custom Healing Code for Emotional Inflammation

 Background: The events of 2020-2024 have stirred up for probabaly most everyone in the world a storm of what authors Lise Van Suseren, MD, and Stacey Colino call Emotional Inflammation in their book of the same title.

Emotional Inflammation is "a state not unlike post-traumatic stress disorder, but one that stems from simply living in today's tumultuous world." It can cause sleep problems, hyperactivity, persistent grief, or inescapable worry about the future, and is especially triggered by the nonstop news cycle.

One way to combat emotinal inflammation is to find a way to take action and become part of the solution.

As I prayed about how to do this to help my own emotional inflammation, I felt led to provide a custom Healing Code for emotional inflammation. A Healing Code that will dispel the extra layer of stress that “what’s in the air” is adding to your energetic load.

You may even have found physical issues you thought you'd healed are now rearing their heads again. I think of emotional inflammation as something like a biofilm that can attach to our energetic bodies and cause all kinds of damage.

I especially encourage you to do this special Healing Code if you have the trait of High Sensitivity, as it’s almost certain the “energetic stress load” is affecting you, often physically as well as emotionally.

So here’s the custom code for emotional inflammation:

• both hands temples
  
• both hands bridge
  
• left hand temple, right hand Adam’s apple
  
• both hands bridge
  

Do this at least once a day, for at least 6 minutes. It might be extra helpful if you do it right before your own personal Healing Code.

The prayer can be something like, “Dear God, please use this Healing Code to release and heal any negative energy that I’ve taken in from all that’s going on in the world around me, and replace it with faith, hope and love.”

For the focus as you do this Healing Code, you might want to read this blog post and picture Jesus calming the storm. Also remember this from the Mark 4 story about Jesus in the boat: “The boat will not sink, and the storm will not last forever.”

Jesus is right here in “the boat” with us. He will not let it sink!

And how about this, from Psalm 46:1-2:

      “God is our refuge and strength,
       a very present help in trouble.
       Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way,
       though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea,
       though its waters roar and foam,
       though the mountains tremble at its swelling.”

My prayer is that this special custom Healing Code will bless you and further your healing of your own personal issues, without the added layer of emotional inflammation.
