Take the Free Love Styles Quiz to Identify Your Core
I have begun using the Love Styles quiz with clients to pinpoint how they learned to love based on
childhood experiences. It is an excellent way to target areas of healing and growth.
Your childhood experiences form the foundation of who you are,
continuing to inform the way you respond to others or express love, even far into adulthood. The results of
all these experiences are actually very predictable because people tend to fall into one of five special
categories, which Milan and Kay Yerkovich, authors of How We Love, call "Love Styles."
This quiz will score you in each of the five Love Style
categories, with a high score in any category signaling a trouble
area. While most people will have a single, dominant Love Style, it is possible for you to have multiple problem
areas. Don’t worry, at the end of the quiz they’ll explain your results and provide you with some next steps to
begin your emotional recovery.
I am asking you to sign up below so that I can follow up with other helpful tools
and ways to use this in your healing journey. When you take the Love Styles quiz, you will not be added to any
other mailing list.

Take the Childhood Emotional Neglect Questionnaire if You
Feel Something is Missing from Your Life, But You Don't Know What It Is.
Do you feel a vague sense of emptiness, or
incompleteness, or like you're "not enough"? Yet you look at your childhood, and you had no
major traumas that you can remember. In fact, you don't have many memories at all.
There is a reason for this. You may have grown up with
Childhood Emotional Neglect (CEN)--where you didn't get enough
emotional support. Yet, because you didn't learn what it would feel like to have emotional support, you
don't know what you've missed.
Take the CEN assessment and find out if this is true of
Note: I have found that most HSPs grew up with CEN, simply because most parents aren't aware
of the special needs of HSPs and so were unable to provide the kind of support HSP children
